Brix Events: Meeting & Event Venue – Overview

Available to Brix Coworking members and the general public, Brix Events is a meeting and event space located on the 10th floor above our coworking suite.

Whether you are an independent business owner or a corporate manager with multiple people reporting to you, there may come a time when you need to venture out of your normal workspace and explore a change of venue.

At Brix Events, you can book a secondary space to entertain clients, host seminars, events, and workshops, or even let your co-workers know how much you value them with an off-site holiday party.

Our space can accommodate several types of events, including:

The Great Lakes Room

Max Capacity: 4 People – $40/hour

The Great Lakes Room offers a smaller, intimate setting for teams of 2-4. This space is great for team brainstorming sessions and offers a beautiful view of State Street and downtown Madison.

AMENITIES: Whiteboard, Video Display

Bucky’s Board Room

Max Capacity: 8 People – $40/hour

Bucky’s Board Room is our third largest room, with a capacity of 8 people. This space is perfect for offsite meetings and offers a great view of our State Capitol and Lake Monona in the distance.

Wisconsin Adventure Room

Max Capacity: 15 People – $50/hour

The Wisconsin Adventure Room is our second largest room, with a capacity of 15 people. This space is perfect for offsite meetings and provides a whiteboard, video display, drawing easel, and a great view of our State Capitol.

The Madison Room

Max Capacity: 70 People – $75/hour

The Madison Room is our largest venue space, with a capacity of 70. This space provides audio and video options, social media walls, a small kitchenette, and features our Brix Events Cafe.

The Brix Events Suite

Max Capacity: 150 People – $150/hour

The Brix Events Suite can be rented as one venue, with a capacity of 150. Together, this space provides audio video options and social media walls in our main presentation room, while the smaller rooms can be used as smaller breakout session rooms.
